Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Onze Voyagez HotelTravelia Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • (a) Any inaccurate, false, or incomplete information provided by the Customer;
  • (b) Unauthorized use, disclosure, or transfer of personal data by the Customer;
  • (c) Breach of any applicable laws or regulations relating to data protection and privacy by the Customer;
  • (d) Any third-party claims caused by the Customer’s negligence, misconduct, or violation of this Privacy Policy.
