When your flight arrives in Almaty, the journey begins! After passing through immigration and luggage collection, you will be greeted by our English-speaking staff in the arrivals hall. A short journey later, you'll arrive at your hotel and check into your room. Prepare to experience Almaty's charm in the early evening. At 18:30 hours, we climb Kok Tobe Hill, the city's highest point. Kok Tobe, accessible via a picturesque cable car ride, provides sweeping panoramic views of Almaty, with snow-capped mountains on one side and a shining metropolis on the other.

 Wake up to a delicious breakfast (07:00-10:00 hours) before heading to the breathtaking Shymbulak Ski Resort at 10:00 hrs. This resort, located high in the Tian Shan mountains, offers a bit of paradise all year. A gondola ride transports you up three floors, each with stunning views and alpine charm. Whether you enjoy adventure activities or simply wish to sip coffee in the highlands. By 14:00 hrs, we return to the city for lunch. Later, at 15:00 explore popular malls such as Mega Mall, Dostyk Plaza, and boutique stores.

 After breakfast, the day starts at 08:00 hrs with a City Tour of Almaty. Walk through Panfilov Park, a historical site honoring Kazakh troops, and admire the beautifully painted Zenkov Cathedral, one of the world's tallest wooden churches built without nails. Lunch is scheduled for 14:00 hrs, after which we will depart at 15:00 hrs for the lively Green Bazaar. This busy market is ideal for purchasing souvenirs, dried fruits, spices, and handicrafts.Don't miss the Rakhat Chocolate Factory Shop, where shelves are stocked with wonderful chocolates and candies at cheap prices.

Note: Green Bazaar shuts at 18:00 hrs. Dinner at an Indian Restaurant or the restaurant of your choice at 20:00 hrs.

 Before driving to one of Almaty's crown jewels, the Big Almaty Lake, have your breakfast at hotel between 7:00-10:00 hrs. Surrounded by rocky peaks and lush pine trees, this turquoise-blue alpine lake seems like something out of a picture. Spend some hours here, taking in the untouched beauty. On our way back, we will stop at First President's Park, a wonderfully planted green space ideal for a leisurely stroll. Lunch is at 14:00 hrs, followed by an afternoon free to explore on your own or simply relax and reflect on your journey

It's time to say goodbye, if you have a morning flight, you’ll leave the hotel by 05:00 hrs with a packed breakfast. If it’s an evening flight, enjoy the day at leisure – perhaps some last-minute shopping or a café visit – before departing at 19:00 hrs. Our driver will transfer you to the airport for your onward journey.

TCS will be applicable on total Billing as per Government approved rate. Same will charged on invoice. TCS Certificates are issued and emailed on half yearly basis.

Hotel Travelia specifies a particular conversion rate for a particular invoice. By accepting or confirming the booking you are accepting the conversion rate specified by us.
