After an early breakfast, depart from your accommodation for a full-day tour to the picturesque Khao Yai region. En way, stop at The Market Mall before visiting the beautiful Hokkaido Flower Park, noted for its seasonal floral displays. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before capturing unique images at the lovely Toscana Valley, inspired by the Italian countryside. Continue to Khmong Alpaca Farm, where you may mingle with friendly alpacas and enjoy the serene surroundings. You may also visit Floryday Khaoyai Café & Flower Garden (at your own expense). Return to Bangkok in the evening and stay overnight at your hotel.

Enjoy breakfast before heading on a guided Bangkok city tour. Visit the Honey Bee Farm and Dried Food Center, followed by the majestic Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). Experience a gorgeous tourist boat ride along the Chao Phraya River, affording breathtaking views of Bangkok's ancient riverfront monuments. After lunch at a local eatery, continue to the Gems Gallery and Platinum Fashion Mall for shopping. In the evening, tour Asiatique The Riverfront, where you may shop, dine, and possibly enjoy the legendary Calypso Cabaret Show (at an extra cost). After dinner, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and have some free time before your scheduled airport transfer. Depart with lovely recollections of your Khao Yai and Bangkok stay.

  Visa cases will not be submitted / accepted unless full payment is received

  50% advance to be paid at the time of confirmation

  Balance 50% to be paid on or before the cut off date, which will be mentioned after confirmation

  The confirmation will be released once payment receipts are confirmed.

  In case there are any tax liabilities or bank charges involved they would have to be borne by the travellers.

  ·        After Cut off Date : 100% of the package amount

  ·        "No Show" is subject to Full Booking Charges

  ·        Amendment, if requested, cost will be provided on case to case basis.

  Refund Policy

  ·        All refund, wherever applicable, will be issued after deducting the charges as per the cancellation policy above

  ·        Refunds may take upto 30 working days or more from the check-out date. The refunds may take longer to reflect in your account as it is upto your bank on how soon it processes the refunds. HOTELTRAVELIA®/ its partners / its employees don’t have any control on the same and does not take any responsibility of delay in / dispute arising because of refunds.

  ·        The refunds are issued to the same account from where the payment is made.

  ·        Any Charges by bank need to be borne by the traveller.

·        50% advance to be paid at the time of confirmation

·        Balance 50% to be paid on or before the cut off date, which will be mentioned after confirmation

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onze Voayagez HotelTravelia Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

(a) Misuse or unauthorised disclosure of personal data provided by the Customer;

(b) Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information submitted by the Customer;

(c) Customer’s violation of applicable data protection laws, regulations, or this Privacy Policy;

(d) Any third-party claims resulting from the Customer’s negligence, misconduct, or breach of obligations under this Policy.

·        Rates mentioned in website are Valid for Indian Nationals Only. If your nationality is other than Indian, feel free to reach out to us for an updated tour quote.

·        This is just a quote, no reservations held yet or booking is not proceed yet. The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.

·        If the said hotel is not available, alternate accommodation will be arranged, change in cost if any will be advised.

·        Rates are subject to change without notice

·        Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers, airfare, Visa charges rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.

·        The change in dates will attract re-quote.

·        Please note there will be time gap between pick up from airport / Hotel check in & flight Landing. Also there will be time gap between flight take off & airport drop/ hotel check out. Hotel check in / out may be at a particular time. Guaranteed early check in / late check out will attract additional charges.

·        At check in all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card or pay a security deposit.

·        Quotation is calculated at current exchange rates between as on quoted date. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 2% of the rate as on quote date, we reserve the option to revise the price accordingly

·        Our quotations to you are in a specific currency and the invoices will be / are in INR to allow you to pay us in India. Hotel Travelia specifies a particular conversion rate for a particular invoice. By accepting or confirming the booking you are accepting the conversion rate specified by us. Quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation & booking process.

You agree to defend and indemnify HOTELTRAVELIA® from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

               (i) your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein;

               (ii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or

               (iii) your use of this Website.
