After checking in, you have the remainder of the day to relax and recoup from your journey. You may take an evening stroll down Rustaveli Avenue, eat a casual meal at a local restaurant, or simply relax in preparation for the days ahead.

 After breakfast, we begin in the Old Town, which is a maze of narrow streets, colorful buildings with wooden balconies, and centuries-old churches. Visit the Metekhi Church with its panoramic views of the river, and then you will be taken to Narikala Fortress by cable car, affording a spectacular vantage point over the city.

Stroll through the Abanotubani Sulphur Bath District, known for its domed brick bathhouses, and observe the lovely Leghvtakhevi Waterfall, which is tucked away close. We leave the ancient sector and enter the modern side of Tbilisi, admiring the futuristic Bridge of Peace and visiting Rike Park, a favourite gathering place for locals. The journey includes a visit to the Holy Trinity Cathedral, one of the world's largest Orthodox churches. In the evening, relax and try some traditional Georgian delicacies like khinkali (dumplings) and khachapuri (cheese bread).

 After breakfast, go on a wonderful drive over the Georgian Military Highway, a road known for its breathtaking landscape. Our first visit is Ananuri Fortress, a 17th-century architectural masterpiece that overlooks the beautiful waters of the Zhinvali Reservoir. Its towers and walls tell stories of medieval warfare and royal legacies.

The trek then continues to Stepantsminda (Kazbegi), which is overshadowed by the magnificent Mount Kazbek. Weather permitting, we will ascend to the landmark Gergeti Trinity Church, which is impressively set on a hilltop at 2,170 meters with the snow-clad peak in the background.

Return to Tbilisi in the evening.

 After breakfast, travel east to Kakheti, Georgia's renowned wine region. Our first stop is the Bodbe Monastery, a tranquil 9th-century building nestled beneath cypress trees and the final burial place of St. Nino, who introduced Christianity to Georgia.

We will also visit a nearby winery to learn about Georgia's traditional verve wine-making technique, which has been passed down for over 8,000 years. A sampling session allows you to appreciate the region's distinct flavours.

Return to Tbilisi in the evening.

Overnight Stay: Tbilisi

After breakfast, head west to Borjomi, a lovely resort town situated in a gorge. Borjomi, famous for its mineral springs, has served as a health retreat since the nineteenth century. Take a leisurely walk around Borjomi Central Park and taste the naturally carbonated mineral water straight from the source.

Continue to Akhaltsikhe to see Rabati Castle, a wonderfully renovated fortification complex with Georgian, Ottoman, and Russian elements. Explore its fortress, mosque, church, museum, and groomed gardens - each representing the region's eclectic past.

In the evening, return to Tbilisi for your final night in Georgia.
