Upon Arrival, after you have cleared immigration and luggage collection, our English-speaking personnel will be waiting in the arrival hall. Proceed to your hotel, where you may relax and settle into your accommodation.

By early evening, we arrive at Kok Tobe Hill, the city's highest point and a popular hangout for locals. The short trip up is well worth it for the stunning 360° views of Almaty's skyscrapers against the beautiful mountains.

After breakfast, we will travel to the Shymbulak Ski Resort, located in the Tian Shan highlands. It includes Gondola tickets for level 3 and the services of our English-speaking guide.  Once at the top (up to Level 3), the resort has a hotel, restaurant, café, and coffee shop with a diverse menu to accommodate all preferences. Time for relaxation.

By afternoon, we return to the city for a lovely meal before engaging in some shopping. Almaty is a shoppers' paradise, with modern malls like Mega Mall and Dostyk Plaza featuring global brands and boutique businesses highlighting local designers.

This morning, explore Almaty's cultural charms. We begin with Panfilov Park, a beautiful green environment rich in history and home to the stunning Zenkov Cathedral, which was built entirely of wood but has stood strong for almost a century. Take a walk around and enjoy the quiet vibes.

After lunch, we set out to visit two must-see destinations: Green Bazaar and Rakhat Chocolate Shop. The Bazaar is a vibrant marketplace where locals buy spices, nuts, dried fruits, and handicrafts. It's vibrant, lively, and full of personality. Just next door, Rakhat tempts you with rows of world-class chocolates and candies, ideal for gifts or a sweet treat for yourself.

After breakfast, we leave on a full-day journey to Charyn Canyon, is also known as the "little brother of the Grand Canyon." About a three-hour journey from Almaty. Walk through the Valley of Castles, where the cliffs resemble old fortifications. A packed lunch is included, allowing you to sit in nature and take in the natural beauty.

It is time to say goodbye to Almaty. Depending on your travel itinerary, you can relax in the morning or bring a packed breakfast if you're leaving early. If your flight is later, use your extra time to travel about the city one final time. Our driver will drop you to the airport.

  ·        Refunds may take upto 30 working days or more from the check-out date. The refunds may take longer to reflect in your account as it is upto your bank on how soon it processes the refunds. HOTELTRAVELIA®/ its partners / its employees don’t have any control on the same and does not take any responsibility of delay in / dispute arising because of refunds.

  ·        The refunds are issued to the same account from where the payment is made.

(a) Misuse or unauthorised disclosure of personal data provided by the Customer;

(b) Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information submitted by the Customer;

(c) Customer’s violation of applicable data protection laws, regulations, or this Privacy Policy;

(d) Any third-party claims resulting from the Customer’s negligence, misconduct, or breach of obligations under this Policy.

·        Rates mentioned in website are Valid for Indian Nationals Only. If your nationality is other than Indian, feel free to reach out to us for an updated tour quote.
