Welcome to Japan! Upon arrival at Haneda Airport, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel via a shared shuttle bus. The rest of the day is free for you to relax after your flight or explore nearby neighborhoods at leisure. In the afternoon, your guide will provide details about the start of your journey. 

Overnight in Tokyo.

Today we embark on a guided sightseeing tour of Tokyo, a city that blends centuries-old tradition with dazzling modernity. Highlights include Zojoji Temple, with its symbolic view of Tokyo Tower, and Shibuya Crossing, the world’s busiest intersection. We’ll visit the Meiji Shrine, drive along elegant Omotesando Avenue, and stop at the Imperial Palace gardens to admire Nijubashi Bridge. Passing through Akihabara, we’ll glimpse Japan’s pop culture hub, then continue to Asakusa’s Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Street.

Lunch is included at a local restaurant.

In the evening, we’ll head by metro with our guide to Shinjuku, Tokyo’s vibrant entertainment district, where neon lights and lively streets await. 

Dinner is included before returning to the hotel.

After breakfast, we board the famous Shinkansen bullet train, traveling 800 km in just four hours. On arrival in Hiroshima, we’ll visit the Peace Memorial Park, Atomic Bomb Dome, and the moving Peace Memorial Museum. Later, a ferry ride takes us to Miyajima Island, where the Itsukushima Shrine appears to float on the sea. You’ll have time to explore the island’s charming streets before returning to Hiroshima for an included dinner.

This morning, we crossed by ferry to Shikoku Island. In Matsuyama, we’ll ride the cable car to explore its historic castle and visit Ishiteji Temple, an important Buddhist pilgrimage site. After lunch at a local restaurant, we’ll enjoy a quintessential Japanese experience with admission to Dogo Onsen, one of the country’s oldest bathhouses.

In Kobe, we visit the Earthquake Memorial Museum, honoring the city’s resilience after the 1995 disaster. We then continue to Osaka and finally ascend sacred Mount Koya, spiritual heart of Shingon Buddhism. Highlights include Okuno Mausoleum and Kongobuji Temple. Tonight, we stay in a Buddhist monastery, experiencing Zen meditation, vegetarian temple cuisine, and the serene rhythms of monastic life.

Notes:

-On certain dates, the visit to the Earthquake Museum may be replaced by a visit to the Sake Museum or a trip up Kobe Tower.

-Staying at the monastery is considered a highly valuable experience. The rooms are simple, without private bathrooms, and follow traditional Japanese style with tatami mats. Bathrooms are shared.

-We cannot guarantee the meditation practice during peak tourist dates. Since accommodation capacity in the temples on Mount Koya is limited, in some cases, we may accommodate groups in nearby hotels (with half board included).

After breakfast, your tour concludes. Transfer to the airport or continue your Japanese adventure independently.

  ·        Refunds may take upto 30 working days or more from the check-out date. The refunds may take longer to reflect in your account as it is upto your bank on how soon it processes the refunds. HOTELTRAVELIA®/ its partners / its employees don’t have any control on the same and does not take any responsibility of delay in / dispute arising because of refunds.

  ·        The refunds are issued to the same account from where the payment is made.

  ·        Any Charges by bank need to be borne by the traveller.

Indemnification Clause

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onze Voayagez HotelTravelia Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

(a) Misuse or unauthorised disclosure of personal data provided by the Customer;

(b) Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information submitted by the Customer;

(c) Customer’s violation of applicable data protection laws, regulations, or this Privacy Policy;

(d) Any third-party claims resulting from the Customer’s negligence, misconduct, or breach of obligations under this Policy.

·        Rates mentioned in website are Valid for Indian Nationals Only. If your nationality is other than Indian, feel free to reach out to us for an updated tour quote.

·        This is just a quote, no reservations held yet or booking is not proceed yet. The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.

·        If the said hotel is not available, alternate accommodation will be arranged, change in cost if any will be advised.

·        At check in all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card or pay a security deposit.

·        Quotation is calculated at current exchange rates between as on quoted date. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 2% of the rate as on quote date, we reserve the option to revise the price accordingly

·        Our quotations to you are in a specific currency and the invoices will be / are in INR to allow you to pay us in India. Hotel Travelia specifies a particular conversion rate for a particular invoice. By accepting or confirming the booking you are accepting the conversion rate specified by us. Quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation & booking process.
