   Ticket will not be issued unless full payment is received.

  Visa

  All visa applications are on pre – paid basis

  Visa cases will not be submitted / accepted unless full payment is received

  Land Package :

  Formal confirmation email along with guest Passport & PAN details will be required

  50% advance to be paid at the time of confirmation

  Balance 50% to be paid on or before the cut off date, which will be mentioned after confirmation

  All bookings are on pre payment basis.

  The confirmation will be released once payment receipts are confirmed.

  In case there are any tax liabilities or bank charges involved they would have to be borne by the travellers.

  Visa : All the charges are NON - REFUNDABLE

  ·        Before Cut off Date : 25% of package cost

  ·        After Cut off Date : 100% of the package amount

  ·        "No Show" is subject to Full Booking Charges

  ·        Amendment, if requested, cost will be provided on case to case basis.

  Refund Policy

  ·        All refund, wherever applicable, will be issued after deducting the charges as per the cancellation policy above

  ·        Refunds may take upto 30 working days or more from the check-out date. The refunds may take longer to reflect in your account as it is upto your bank on how soon it processes the refunds. HOTELTRAVELIA®/ its partners / its employees don’t have any control on the same and does not take any responsibility of delay in / dispute arising because of refunds.

  ·        The refunds are issued to the same account from where the payment is made.

  ·        Any Charges by bank need to be borne by the traveller.

·        Formal confirmation email along with guest Passports & PAN will be required

·        50% advance to be paid at the time of confirmation

·        Balance 50% to be paid on or before the cut off date, which will be mentioned after confirmation

·        All bookings are on pre payment basis.

·        The itinerary will be released once payment receipts are confirmed.

·        In case there are any tax liabilities or bank charges involved they would have to be borne by you.

·        Please check the Health regulations of the destination / transit destination before travel.

Personal data will not be sold or shared with unauthorised parties. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers (such as airlines, hotels, or insurance companies) to fulfil travel services, and such parties shall be contractually obligated to ensure the same level of data protection.

User Rights and Consent

Customers have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for processing their personal data at any time, subject to legal or contractual obligations. Explicit consent shall be obtained before collecting or processing any sensitive personal data (e.g., financial or health-related information).

Retention and Deletion

Personal data shall be retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required under applicable laws. Upon completion of services or withdrawal of consent, data shall be deleted or anonymised securely.

Indemnification Clause

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onze Voayagez HotelTravelia Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

(a) Misuse or unauthorised disclosure of personal data provided by the Customer;

(b) Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information submitted by the Customer;

(c) Customer’s violation of applicable data protection laws, regulations, or this Privacy Policy;

(d) Any third-party claims resulting from the Customer’s negligence, misconduct, or breach of obligations under this Policy.

·        Rates mentioned in website are Valid for Indian Nationals Only. If your nationality is other than Indian, feel free to reach out to us for an updated tour quote.

·        This is just a quote, no reservations held yet or booking is not proceed yet. The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.

·        If the said hotel is not available, alternate accommodation will be arranged, change in cost if any will be advised.

·        Rates are subject to change without notice

·        Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers, airfare, Visa charges rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.

·        The change in dates will attract re-quote.

·        Additional Bank charges will be applicable, if payment is made in foreign currency.

·        The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.

·        There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 22:00 - 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package)

·        Please note there will be time gap between pick up from airport / Hotel check in & flight Landing. Also there will be time gap between flight take off & airport drop/ hotel check out. Hotel check in / out may be at a particular time. Guaranteed early check in / late check out will attract additional charges.

·        At check in all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card or pay a security deposit.

·        Quotation is calculated at current exchange rates between as on quoted date. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 2% of the rate as on quote date, we reserve the option to revise the price accordingly

·        Our quotations to you are in a specific currency and the invoices will be / are in INR to allow you to pay us in India. Hotel Travelia specifies a particular conversion rate for a particular invoice. By accepting or confirming the booking you are accepting the conversion rate specified by us. Quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation & booking process.

·         Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. We recommend / urge the travellers / site visitors / hotel bookers / passengers to investigate and review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the Government / Government agencies and destination country governments prior to booking travel to destinations. You agree to defend and indemnify HOTELTRAVELIA® from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

               (i) your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein;

               (ii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or

               (iii) your use of this Website.
