  • Day 1: Arrival at Bagdogra/NJP/Hashirama/Alipur Dooars
     

    At the Bagdogra Airport, you will be welcomed and helped with your transfer to Thimphu. Unwind and settle into your accommodation and get ready to start your Bhutan experience.

    Overnight stay in Thimphu.

  • Day 2: Explore Punakha, Dochula Pass, and Return to Thimphu
     

    For breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks, begin your day with a trip to Dochula Pass (3,150 m). Proceed to Punakha to see the famous Chimi Lhakhang, the charming meeting point of the Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers, the Suspension Bridge and the magnificent Punakha Dzong.

  • Day 3: Thimphu Highlights & Travel to Paro
     

    Explore the cultural treasures of Thimphu, including the Zorig Chuzom School of Traditional Arts, Simply Bhutan, Buddha Point, Tashichho Dzong, Takin Zoo, and the National Memorial Chorten. Travel to Chuzom, the center of Bhutan's roads, via the picturesque Wangchu River Valley. Pass the Tachogang Temple on your way to Paro by following the Pa Chu River.

  • Day 4: Trek to Tiger's Nest or Explore Paro
     

    Explore Paro's attractions throughout the day, including the National Museum, Rinpung Dzong, Kichu Lhakhang, the Nya Mey Zam Bridge, and the International Airport from above. Alternatively, take a 5-hour hike to one of Bhutan's most well-known sites, the famed Tiger's Nest Monastery.

    Overnight stay in Paro.

  • Day 5: Return to Phuentsholing from Paro
     

    After breakfast, return to Phuentsholing from Paro, taking in the tranquil scenery along the route. Take a break and think back on your adventures in Bhutan.

  • Day 6 Departure: Arrival at Bagdogra/NJP/Hashirama/Alipur Dooars

      Formal confirmation email along with guest Passport & PAN details will be required for block, if airline permits. 100% of the ticket amount to be paid on or before the cut off date, which will be mentioned after confirmation

      All tickets bookings are on pre payment basis.

       Ticket will not be issued unless full payment is received.

      Visa

      All visa applications are on pre – paid basis

      Visa cases will not be submitted / accepted unless full payment is received

      Land Package :

      Formal confirmation email along with guest Passport & PAN details will be required

      50% advance to be paid at the time of confirmation

      Balance 50% to be paid on or before the cut off date, which will be mentioned after confirmation

      All bookings are on pre payment basis.

      The confirmation will be released once payment receipts are confirmed.

      In case there are any tax liabilities or bank charges involved they would have to be borne by the travellers.

  • Cancellation Term

      ·        "No Show" is subject to Full Booking Charges

      ·        Amendment, if requested, cost will be provided on case to case basis.

      Visa : All the charges are NON - REFUNDABLE

      Packages:

      ·        Once after confirmation : Rs 5000 per person

      ·        Before Cut off Date : 25% of package cost

      ·        After Cut off Date : 100% of the package amount

      ·        "No Show" is subject to Full Booking Charges

      ·        Amendment, if requested, cost will be provided on case to case basis.

      Refund Policy

      ·        All refund, wherever applicable, will be issued after deducting the charges as per the cancellation policy above

      ·        Refunds may take upto 30 working days or more from the check-out date. The refunds may take longer to reflect in your account as it is upto your bank on how soon it processes the refunds. HOTELTRAVELIA®/ its partners / its employees don’t have any control on the same and does not take any responsibility of delay in / dispute arising because of refunds.

      ·        The refunds are issued to the same account from where the payment is made.

      ·        Any Charges by bank need to be borne by the traveller.

    Indemnification Clause

    The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onze Voayagez HotelTravelia Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

    (a) Misuse or unauthorised disclosure of personal data provided by the Customer;

    (b) Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information submitted by the Customer;

    (c) Customer’s violation of applicable data protection laws, regulations, or this Privacy Policy;

    (d) Any third-party claims resulting from the Customer’s negligence, misconduct, or breach of obligations under this Policy.

  • General Terms & Conditions

    ·        Rates mentioned in website are Valid for Indian Nationals Only. If your nationality is other than Indian, feel free to reach out to us for an updated tour quote.

    ·        This is just a quote, no reservations held yet or booking is not proceed yet. The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.

    ·        If the said hotel is not available, alternate accommodation will be arranged, change in cost if any will be advised.

    ·        Rates are subject to change without notice

    ·        Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers, airfare, Visa charges rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.

    ·        The change in dates will attract re-quote.

    ·        Additional Bank charges will be applicable, if payment is made in foreign currency.

    ·        The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.

    ·        There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 22:00 - 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package)

    ·        Please note there will be time gap between pick up from airport / Hotel check in & flight Landing. Also there will be time gap between flight take off & airport drop/ hotel check out. Hotel check in / out may be at a particular time. Guaranteed early check in / late check out will attract additional charges.

    ·        At check in all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card or pay a security deposit.

    ·        Quotation is calculated at current exchange rates between as on quoted date. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 2% of the rate as on quote date, we reserve the option to revise the price accordingly

    ·        Our quotations to you are in a specific currency and the invoices will be / are in INR to allow you to pay us in India. Hotel Travelia specifies a particular conversion rate for a particular invoice. By accepting or confirming the booking you are accepting the conversion rate specified by us. Quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation & booking process.
