Our kind representative will meet you at the arrival hall of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and take you to your private transfer car.

 We'll proceed directly to Genting Highlands, a cool haven tucked away in the Titiwangsa Mountains. We'll stop for a 20–30 minute picture op at the famous Batu Caves, one of Malaysia's most popular Hindu sanctuaries, en route. If you have the energy, ascend the 272 colorful stairs, or simply take in the sight of the magnificent golden statue of Lord Murugan and the limestone caverns behind it.

 After that, keep going up mountain. If your check-in time (often about 3 PM) is still pending when you arrive at your Genting hotel, you can leave your bags at the concierge.

 Prepare yourself for an amazing Skyway Cable Car journey (subject to weather and maintenance schedule). As you fly above the clouds on this two-way gondola trip, you'll be treated to sweeping views of rolling hills and foggy forests.

  Refund Policy

  ·        All refund, wherever applicable, will be issued after deducting the charges as per the cancellation policy above

  ·        Refunds may take upto 30 working days or more from the check-out date. The refunds may take longer to reflect in your account as it is upto your bank on how soon it processes the refunds. HOTELTRAVELIA®/ its partners / its employees don’t have any control on the same and does not take any responsibility of delay in / dispute arising because of refunds.

  ·        The refunds are issued to the same account from where the payment is made.

  ·        Any Charges by bank need to be borne by the traveller.

Indemnification Clause

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onze Voayagez HotelTravelia Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

(a) Misuse or unauthorised disclosure of personal data provided by the Customer;

(b) Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information submitted by the Customer;

(c) Customer’s violation of applicable data protection laws, regulations, or this Privacy Policy;

(d) Any third-party claims resulting from the Customer’s negligence, misconduct, or breach of obligations under this Policy.

·        Rates mentioned in website are Valid for Indian Nationals Only. If your nationality is other than Indian, feel free to reach out to us for an updated tour quote.

·        This is just a quote, no reservations held yet or booking is not proceed yet. The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.

·        If the said hotel is not available, alternate accommodation will be arranged, change in cost if any will be advised.

·        Rates are subject to change without notice

·        Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers, airfare, Visa charges rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.

·        The change in dates will attract re-quote.

·        There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 22:00 - 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package)

·        Please note there will be time gap between pick up from airport / Hotel check in & flight Landing. Also there will be time gap between flight take off & airport drop/ hotel check out. Hotel check in / out may be at a particular time. Guaranteed early check in / late check out will attract additional charges.

·        At check in all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card or pay a security deposit.

·        Quotation is calculated at current exchange rates between as on quoted date. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 2% of the rate as on quote date, we reserve the option to revise the price accordingly

·        Our quotations to you are in a specific currency and the invoices will be / are in INR to allow you to pay us in India. Hotel Travelia specifies a particular conversion rate for a particular invoice. By accepting or confirming the booking you are accepting the conversion rate specified by us. Quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation & booking process.

·         Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. We recommend / urge the travellers / site visitors / hotel bookers / passengers to investigate and review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the Government / Government agencies and destination country governments prior to booking travel to destinations.                (ii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
