 Check in at your hotel when you arrive (normal check-in time is 14:00 hours). After your flight, you may spend the remainder of the day relaxing or exploring the surrounding areas at your own pace. You could take a walk around the bustling Bukit Bintang sector or stop by a local café to try Malaysian food for the first time.

Enjoy a revitalizing getaway from the busy metropolis today as we go to the cool Genting Highlands hills, which are roughly an hour's drive from Kuala Lumpur.

 Batu Caves (20-Minute Photo Stop) is the first stop.

 We start our trip with a quick stop at the Batu Caves, one of Malaysia's most famous attractions. Located inside a limestone hill, this 100-year-old Hindu temple complex has three main caves that are decorated with shrines, religious statues, and beautiful limestone formations that are thought to be over 400 million years old. The place is well-known for its colorful 272-step staircase leading to Cathedral Cave and the enormous golden statue of Lord Murugan at its entrance.  Proceed to Genting Highlands: Take in sweeping views of the verdant mountains and valleys during a picturesque two-way cable car trip from the base station. Resorts World Genting, another name for Genting Highlands, is situated atop Gunung Ulu Kali at a height of 1,800 meters. It's a popular retreat because of the vibrant environment and mild mountain climate.

 Genting, an entertainment haven with a Las Vegas motif with an Asian twist, is home to upscale hotels, top-notch casinos, indoor theme parks, upscale shopping centers, and exquisite dining establishments. There is something for everyone, whether you wish to explore the interior attractions, indulge in retail therapy, or try your luck at the casino.

 Later in the afternoon, descend via cable car and return to Kuala Lumpur.

  Balance 50% to be paid on or before the cut off date, which will be mentioned after confirmation

  In case there are any tax liabilities or bank charges involved they would have to be borne by the travellers.

  ·        Amendment, if requested, cost will be provided on case to case basis.

  Refund Policy

  ·        All refund, wherever applicable, will be issued after deducting the charges as per the cancellation policy above

  ·        Refunds may take upto 30 working days or more from the check-out date. The refunds may take longer to reflect in your account as it is upto your bank on how soon it processes the refunds. HOTELTRAVELIA®/ its partners / its employees don’t have any control on the same and does not take any responsibility of delay in / dispute arising because of refunds.

  ·        The refunds are issued to the same account from where the payment is made.

  ·        Any Charges by bank need to be borne by the traveller.

Retention and Deletion

Indemnification Clause

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onze Voayagez HotelTravelia Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

(a) Misuse or unauthorised disclosure of personal data provided by the Customer;

(b) Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information submitted by the Customer;

(c) Customer’s violation of applicable data protection laws, regulations, or this Privacy Policy;

(d) Any third-party claims resulting from the Customer’s negligence, misconduct, or breach of obligations under this Policy.

·        Rates mentioned in website are Valid for Indian Nationals Only. If your nationality is other than Indian, feel free to reach out to us for an updated tour quote.

·        This is just a quote, no reservations held yet or booking is not proceed yet. The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.

·        If the said hotel is not available, alternate accommodation will be arranged, change in cost if any will be advised.

·        Rates are subject to change without notice

·        Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers, airfare, Visa charges rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.

·        The change in dates will attract re-quote.

·        Additional Bank charges will be applicable, if payment is made in foreign currency.

·        The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.

·        There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 22:00 - 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package)

·        Please note there will be time gap between pick up from airport / Hotel check in & flight Landing. Also there will be time gap between flight take off & airport drop/ hotel check out. Hotel check in / out may be at a particular time. Guaranteed early check in / late check out will attract additional charges.

·        At check in all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card or pay a security deposit.

·        Quotation is calculated at current exchange rates between as on quoted date. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 2% of the rate as on quote date, we reserve the option to revise the price accordingly

·        Our quotations to you are in a specific currency and the invoices will be / are in INR to allow you to pay us in India. Hotel Travelia specifies a particular conversion rate for a particular invoice. By accepting or confirming the booking you are accepting the conversion rate specified by us. Quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation & booking process.

·         Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. We recommend / urge the travellers / site visitors / hotel bookers / passengers to investigate and review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the Government / Government agencies and destination country governments prior to booking travel to destinations.                (i) your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein;

               (ii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or

               (iii) your use of this Website.
